Directions

Bake McCain® wedges as directed on package. Scramble eggs with chopped green bell peppers and onion. Heat pinto beans adding Louisiana style hot sauce and commodity salsa to mixture. Top wedges with veggie scrambled eggs and spicy pinto beans.
