Fun-sized shredded potato mini pancakes with light seasoning that work great as a side, snack or appetizer
McCain® Babycakes® Seasoned Hash Brown Bites
Fill basket one third full (1 lb) with frozen pancakes. Deep fry @ 350°F for 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 minutes.
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen pancakes evenly on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 6 to 9 minutes, turning once for uniform cooking.
Serving size 12 pieces. Preheat oven to 520°F. Set air at 100% and microwave at 60%. Spread product in a single layer on a tephlon coated cooking tray lined with parchment paper. Ensure pieces are not overlapping. Bake for 2 minutes 15 seconds. Note: these cook instructions are only valid for the turbo chef bullet.
