The foodservice industry has never faced a challenge quite like the current pandemic. With so many moving pieces, and a board that seems to change every day, getting your restaurant back in the game might feel like you’re playing blindfolded.

But, we’re here to help. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of our new IGTV series, Rebuilding Your Restaurant Biz, hosted by Chef Brooke Brantley, the Director of Culinary for McCain Foods.

Chef Brooke Brantley has been a chef for more than 20 years, having led kitchens in restaurants, resorts and private clubs around the country. Before following his passion for cooking, he was an award-winning videographer, editor and television director.

In each episode, Chef Brooke will provide restaurant owners and operators with helpful tips, advice, and stories from fellow restaurateurs who’ve found ways to make on-the-fly operational adjustments work for their businesses.
