INGREDIENTS

2.5 cups Chopped Lettuce and Romaine Lettuce

6 Cherry Tomatoes

3 slices Cucumber

3 oz. Diced Chicken USDA Commodity

3 oz. Mccain French Fries # 7470

Sprinkle with Shredded Cheddar Cheese - USDA Commodity


Mix 3 oz. Ranch Dressing w/ 1 teaspoon Franks Red Hot Sauce and pour over salad.


More hot sauce can be added depending on your taste.


Directions

Put lettuce on 9 inch plate.

Top with tomatoes and cucumbers. (other vegetables may be used)

Put grilled chicken on top followed by the French Fries.

Top with cheese and serve.


You can serve with the dressing in a 1/2 cup so they customer can top as needed.
